EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that every item is thoroughly checked before it is sent out. 

We currently do not offer a refunds policy but an exchange policy for defects and damages within the first 7 days for UK customers and 14 days for international

  1. Send an email to notyourtrend@gmail.com.

  2. Please provide us with a description or a picture of the defect/damages.

  3. Once we have received your item we will send a replacement out to you and provide you with the address the garment needs to be sent back to.

  4. Please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange/credit note. 

 

*Please try on the clothes with caution, as we will not accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains.
(Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.)

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
